Philippines held a 3-Day Free Oil Pastel ARTS Camp at Riviera Golf and Country Club sponsored 30 ARTScholars from Silang Central School. October 13, 20 and 27 with a theme of Reaching the World through Arts and Rotary Connects the World for Peace.
