CLUB PRESIDENT'S MONthLY REPORt TEMPLATE
Dear Champion Presidents and Team,
Please see attached official Summary of Club Presidents Monthly Report. As per our first area meeting pls. take note on the ff.
1. Cut off for our monthly report is at the end of the month. Meaning this July our cut off will be on July 31.
2. Deadline for submission of our monthly report is every 5th of the succeding month.
3. After accomplishing the report form, pls sent it via e-mail to your
> Assistant Governor and copy furnish
> DES Eric Candidato (email@example.com)and the
> Office of the District Governor (firstname.lastname@example.org)
as indicated in Important Reminders below the signature tab.
4. Any clariffications regarding the forms pls. direct your questions to the office of the District Executive Secretary.
5. Please include the ff on your July Report under club admin.:
a. Pre PETS
c. TRF Mangagement Seminar
d. District Training Assembly
e. First Area meeting
f. Club planning
g. Club Soft Handover
6. For Service Project, you may report the ff. done prior to July 1.
a. Brigada Eskwela project
b. Club project spearheaded by the Champion presidents not reported during the Inspiring year.
